Shipping Timeframe:

All orders will be shipped within 7 business days from the time of ordering, via Australia Post. Envelopes do not come with tracking information and are sent via general post. If there are any shipping delays (mail leaving the business, not including Australia Post shipping delays) all customers will be notified via email.

Shipping cost:

Shipping is included in the price of your order.

Lost mail:

Please contact me via email if you haven't received your letter, within 2 weeks of ordering.

Age suitability:

This is an adult mail club service and is suitable for ages 18 and over.

Product descriptions:

Product descriptions and colours, are as accurate as is possible. If an item is out of stock, another item of similar value may take its place - Eg: if the listed stickers are out of a stock, a suitable replacement sticker may be included.
